We adhere to information technology best practices in all aspects of management and use of the shared or transferred Data and shall provide appropriate safeguards and controls to ensure the security of the shared or transferred Data as well as, the protection of Data confidentiality at all times.   • If any article, clause, section or paragraph, or part thereof, of this Agreement or any agreement or document, appended hereto or made a part hereof is invalid, ruled illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, or unenforceable under present or future Applicable Laws, then that particular article, clause, section, paragraph or part thereof shall be deemed to be removed from this Agreement and the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable.

  1. JURISDICTION
