If the product received doesn’t match with the product ordered, or there is a defect in the product received, you have the right to either get the product replaced or request for return with the refund of the amount paid for that particular product.
You have to follow the below mentioned guidelines and understand the process if you want to have a Return or Replacement option.
NOTE: Buyer has to click a picture of the product received while requesting for return or replacement from Anjali Healthcare.
GUIDELINES TO REQUEST FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT: –
- If the product received doesn’t match with the product ordered, or there is a defect in the product received, you have the right to either get the product replaced or request for return with a refund of the amount paid for that particular product.
- For availing this service, the buyer can select the return and replacement option from their order history. Therein, the buyer can choose the relatable option from the table provided and upload the image of the product received via attachment option.
- It has to be noted that, the buyer can avail this return and replacement policy within 2 days from the time of confirmation of the product delivery. Any request for the return and replacement will not be accepted after the said period of 2 days has expired.
- We will be responding to the request within 48 hours from the time it receives the request from the buyer. It is to be noted that the request will be accepted only if the conditions mentioned below are satisfied.
- Further, after verifying the request sent by the buyer, a call will be initiated from the customer support team regarding the further steps and to confirm such return or replacement. The time period for return or replacement (as opted by buyer) will be notified via our customer support team.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT :-
- If the product is not delivered as promised (or) as requested. This may include:
- Mismatch in quality
- Mismatch in quantity
- Mismatch in name of product
- Damaged/faulty/leaking/broken product
- Expired product
- Product should remain unused.
- Product should not have been tampered.
- Product should not have any missing labels or missing accessories.
- Product should be in the same condition as received.
NOTE: Please keep the product with MRP tags if provided and the original tax invoice as sent by Anjali Healthcare.
REFUNDS:-
Once we receive your ‘returned’ product, we will notify you that we have received your returned product, after which it will be inspected. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in a time period, depending upon card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING COSTS: –
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs on returned products are NOT refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping/Delivery timeline:
- All the orders that are to be delivered within NCR are processed within 5-6 business days.
- All other domestic orders (outside of NCR) may take up to 15 days to be delivered.
- The timeline for delivery for International orders will depend and vary based on the Country, region, connectivity, its rules and regulations.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- We do not provide overnight deliveries.
